| Services Offered: ndividualized Coaching Stride Mechanics Nutrition Team Development Competition Individual Coaching 1-3 athletes $75.00 per session SCXC Elite members $95.00 per session for non- members (session is typically 90 minutes to 2 hours) Clinics / Camps 2 hour to one week clinics can be arranged for individual needs for up to 50 athletes. Topics Include: Stride Mechanics: How to run correctly, maximizing speed, efficiency, and minimizing injuries. Individual video analysis will be utilized. Nutrition: How to be a lean, mean running machine. General nutrition principles will be incorporated into the special nutrition requirements of high level training. Training and race specific nutritional needs and nutritional supplements will be discussed. Training Principles: The how, when and why of traininghard and training easy. Exercise psychology, physiology and biomechanics theories and doctrines will be presented in a practical, applicable format. Injuries: How to come back stronger and faster after an injury. How to avoid and recover from injuries. Race strategy and tactics: How to beat someone who is stronger and faster than you are. Individual and team tactics will be discussed for cross cuntry and track. Time Management: How to be a successful athlete while jugglig academics, work, friends, religious commitments, and other activities (second sport, music, etc.) Motivational Talks: Guest speakers with select motivational topics and stories. |
